REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on the YSDAcademy application (“Application”), owned and operated by Dillip Kumar Nath Media (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By making a payment on the Application, you agree to this Policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases made on YSDAcademy, including course fees, subscriptions, and digital content, are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.


2. DIGITAL CONTENT

  • Once access to digital content, recorded classes, or study materials is granted, no refund or cancellation will be permitted.
  • This is because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be revoked once accessed.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

4. COURSE ENROLLMENTS

  • Fees paid for live or recorded courses are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
  • Missing classes, partial attendance, or dissatisfaction with content shall not be considered grounds for a refund.


5. TECHNICAL ISSUES

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was deducted but access was not provided, and
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.


6. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS PAYMENTS

If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction, please contact us immediately.

After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source.


7. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAYS

All refunds are processed via third-party payment gateways.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.


8. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Proven system errors

Such decisions shall be final and binding.


9. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the Application.
